Q + A 's

You've seen my work and now you want to book your engagement + wedding + baby's birth + family lifestyle session. I couldn't be more elated or honored!

What is required to book? A signed contract, a retainer of 50% (if it's a wedding or birth) with the remainder due 30 days prior to your date. If it's a lifestyle session then a session fee to reserve  your day and time.

How long after the wedding/birth can photos be viewed? My turnaround time is 4-6 weeks. Engagements and family sessions are 2-4 weeks.

What exactly is a family lifestyle session? It's where your family has an activity planned (a baking project, a day at the zoo, backyard fun) and I arrive, become a fly on the wall and capture your families  activities. It is not posed photography. It is very family interactive.

How are digital photos delivered to the client? I send clients an online link to a gallery for viewing-ordering-downloading. The best part is that the link can be shared via email. Facebook. pinterest. twitter. + etc. Weddings also receive a custom USB with all your high resolution photos for personal use.

How many photos can you expect to receive from your engagement shoot and wedding? Each couple. location. wedding. is different. You can expect between approximately 30 from an engagement.  I typically capture 50- 75 images/hour at your wedding. A family lifestyle session is 50-100.

Do you offer albums? Absolutely! I offer beautiful leather and linen  albums in 8x8. 10x10. and 12x12.

If I order my album the day I book my wedding-birth-lifestyle session, will I get a discount? Yes.

After the album is ordered, how long does it take to receive it? Approximately 6 weeks.

Can  you advise me on what to wear for my engagement or lifestyle session? Absolutely. I'll send you some helpful information via an online link.

Do you have insurance incase a venue requires it? Yes. (and most do require it)

How long is an engagement session? Plan for 1.5 hours
