Williamsburg is located in southeastern Kentucky. The rolling hills (I call them mountains) and thick forests reminded me of a song Patty Loveless recorded some years ago named "Harlan". I arrived to the family farm and saw the log cabin with a wrap around porch. I fell in love with it!

Before long, it was time for the 'first look' which took place under the old family oak tree that has withstood the sun and storms of life. Chad's reaction to his beautiful bride, Cara, was amazing!  I envision Chad + Cara's marriage much like that tree. With their love for one another rooted in Christ's love, there's nothing they cannot withstand.

The ceremony took place as the golden sun was starting to set behind the wooded hills. Every direction provided a beautiful backdrop with fall setting in as the reception celebration began.

I LOVED Chad's reaction during their 'first look'.

The gorgeous sunset behind them was breathtaking.

Every song the band played was chosen by Chad + Cara.

This jeep was the groom's cake and was detailed perfection.

Cara's little niece caught the bouquet........

..... and then her big brother caught the garder.
